General Terms and conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

3. Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. You are placing a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart when you click the "Confirm" button. You will receive the confirmation and acceptance of your order immediately after it is sent via an automated e-mail. With this confirmation by e-mail, the purchase contract becomes legally effective.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs should be added to the listed product prices. You can find further information on shipping costs here.
Payments can be made in advance, by credit card or by PayPal. Find out more about payment here.
The prices of items available in the on-line shop are subject to change. Prices specified at the moment of adding the item to the shopping basket will apply; however, not longer than 15 days, which is also the maximum period of time from adding the item to the basket to confirming the order (henceforth: “reserved price”).
The seller reserves the right to shorten the time of the reserved price at its own discretion in cases of special offers, launches of new products or promotions, which must be indicated in the discounted/promotional price of each individual item.
Before the expiry of the period of time in which the reserved price applies, the on-line shops’ system sends to the subscribed user's e-mail or mobile phone number an automated message about the near expiry of the reserved price of the item added to the basket.
7. Collection by the Customer
We only dispatch goods. The collection by the customer is unfortunately not possible.
8. Retention of Title
Until full payment, the goods remain our property.
9. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with apparent transport damage, please claim those damages immediately from the deliverer or contact us without delay. A failure to complain to the deliverer or to contact us does not have any effect on your statutory claims and their enforcement, especially on your warranty rights. On the contrary, you help us assert our own claims towards the carrier or the transport assurance.

11. Language of the Contract
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are in English.
