If you make a purchase on our website
In case you purchase a product on our website, we will require that you provide your first and last name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We require this information in order to sell you the product, appropriately deliver it to you and resolve possible complaints. You will receive a notification to your e-mail address about your order status in accordance with the General terms and conditions, in addition to a reminder if the purchase was not completed. We require your phone number in order to quickly resolve possible complications (e.g. if you ordered an item that is not longer in stock) and to efficiently deliver the purchased items. We also need this information in case you fail to fulfill your obligations. All this information is necessary in order to carry out the purchase, and the legal basis for this is the conclusion of a (sales) contract. In order to improve our services and product selection in the future, we will occasionally ask you via e-mail to also provide us with your opinion on the purchase and purchased items.
In case you do not wish to provide your data, you will not be able to complete the purchase via our on-line shop. These data will be kept for 5 years from the completion of the purchase or settlement of all obligations.
