Open Orders & Returns. Logged in: select your order. Guest: enter your order details. Then choose Initiate a return and confirm the quantities.
2. Print label, book pickup
Print your free return label and schedule a pickup. Send the parcel from the country and address your order was delivered to.
3. Receive your refund
Once UF PRO receives your return, we initiate the refund to your original payment method.
Return from the original delivery country and address. Follow the online return procedure to use the supplied free return label.

You can return any order purchased on ufpro.com within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
Only items purchased directly from the UF PRO Online Store can be returned to UF PRO. If you bought UF PRO products through another retailer, please follow that retailer's returns and refunds policy.
We only accept return packages from the country and address where your order was sent.
