Sales Manager for US market M/F

WHAT KIND OF WORK WILL YOU BE DOING?

As part of our sales team in the United States, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening our market presence.

We expect the candidate to:

• Work closely with and support our partners in the existing distribution network.
• Find and develop new business partners to expand our presence in the US market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent UF PRO on the US market.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of customer needs in military and law enforcement organizations across the USA.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the uniform or related industry.
• Skills and knowledge of key account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset, drive for excellence.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
