The right maintenance protects the performance you rely on. Always start with the care label: fabrics, insulation, and waterproof garments can need different treatment.
Before washing
Empty pockets, remove protective pads, and close zips and hook-and-loop fasteners.
Wash and dry correctly
Use the temperature, detergent, and drying method specified on your garment label. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
Between uses
Inspect high-wear areas and fastenings. Clean and dry gear before storing it, away from direct heat.

The warranty covers defects in the materials and workmanship of your UF PRO garment for two years from delivery. This includes faults in the fabric and materials, as well as in how the garment was made.
Normal wear and tear and damage caused by use or external objects are not covered. Damage caused by care contrary to the garment label is also excluded. If you are unsure, send us a description and photos.

No. Natural colour fading, including on NyCo fabrics, is part of normal wear and is not covered. To keep the colour longer, follow the care label, wash and dry your gear inside out, and avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
