Merino Blend Sleeve Lining
A blend of Merino wool and 37,5® polyester lines the sleeves, improving moisture management, reducing odour buildup, and enhancing comfort in cold conditions.
Bi-Elastic Cuff Fabric
A durable bi-elastic polyamide–elastane fabric is used at the cuffs to provide a close, comfortable fit while sealing out wind and allowing natural wrist movement.
Adjustable Side Ventilation
Long ventilation zippers run along the sides of the torso, from the mid-body towards the elbow. They allow you to release excess heat quickly by opening airflow between the insulation layers.
Core Ventilation via Front Pocket
A mesh-lined kangaroo pocket on the front allows air to reach your core directly, enabling fast heat release without removing gear.
Breathable and Abrasion-Resistant Side Panels
3D mesh side panels enhance airflow to help release excess heat during movement, improving overall comfort. The abrasion-resistant structure ensures durability in high-wear areas exposed to frequent contact with gear.

The most notable difference is the face fabric. It's not just lighter, softer, and quieter, but also stretchier so it's easier to put on and take off. Both generations employ the air/pac® system for improved air circulation and plate carrier support.
Both products are designed for active use in extreme cold weather and can be worn with plate carriers and backpacks. The main difference is how they are worn.
The AcE Gen.2 Winter Combat Shirt is designed to be worn under load-bearing equipment and focuses on comfort and thermal performance during active use.
The Delta AcE Plus Gen.3 Jacket is designed as an outer layer. It features a full front zipper, making it easier to put on and take off, especially when wearing gear. It also provides additional insulation and weather protection when worn over other layers.

We recommend going one size larger for better comfort and ease of getting dressed.
