Boot Hook
Integrated at the bottom front of the trouser leg, the boot hook securely fastens your pants to your boot laces. This prevents the pant leg from riding up during movement and keeps out dirt, insects, and debris, ensuring consistent coverage, comfort, and a clean fit in demanding environments.
Canadian Button Width Adjustment
A width-adjustable lower leg opening secured with a Canadian button allows the pants to be tightened around different boot types, ensuring a stable and comfortable fit.

Gen.3 introduces the Waist/Flex System, which provides a better fit and more stability when moving or carrying gear. It is also more durable, with added CORDURA® reinforcements in high-wear areas such as the knees, pockets, and cuffs.
The pocket design has also been improved. The hand pockets and cargo pockets have been redesigned and now include stretch inserts for easier access and increased storage space.

These pants are compatible with our 3D Tactical Knee Pads. For enhanced protection, you can add 3D Tactical Knee Pads and upgrade them with Solid Pads for maximum knee protection and comfort.
The P-40 All-Terrain Gen.3 pants are engineered for versatile temperature performance. Their breathable materials mix and ventilated knee pad pockets help regulate temperature in warm conditions.
For colder weather, these pants feature a zip-in WINDSTOPPER® Lining that provides wind protection and thermal insulation while maintaining breathability.
Our stretch panels feature a highly durable fabric that maintains its elasticity exceptionally well over time. Through extensive testing and field use, we've confirmed it's among the most resilient stretch materials available in tactical wear.

Our Waist/Flex System adapts to your movement and body shape for a secure, comfortable fit. It helps keep the pants in place without restricting mobility.
- Features a detachable belt (sold separately) and a P-40-specific slimmer 3D back pad.
- The double belt loops are reinforced with CORDURA® fabric and feature hook-and-loop on the inside for improved underbelt stability.
- The first belt loop on the right side features a D-ring made from a highly durable, soft thermoplastic material.
- An anti-slip ribbon at the rear waist helps keep tucked-in shirts in place.
- Compatible with 3D Knee Pads and upgradeable with Solid Knee Pads when used together with 3D Knee Pads.
- Mesh-lined knee pad pockets also serve as ventilation openings when unzipped.
